All products and offers are subject to availability. Where items you have ordered are unavailable we may offer alternative products or you may request a refund. We may refund part or all of your order where an item you have ordered is of an unsatisfactory quality or not as described. In such circumstances you may return the item, at which time we will offer a replacement or a refund. To the extent that you have any complaints about service or payment, or consider that you are entitled to a refund, please direct these to a member of staff. Any refunds due will be processed the same day. Refunds are not through the App as we deal with customers direct via the bank account GB only sums will be returned to the originating card within 72 hours, but may be dependent on your bank.
